How to Submit Your Party Guest List

For Parties Booked After January 1, 2025

The quickest way to manage your guest list:

  1. Open your party confirmation email
  2. Locate the guest list link at the bottom of the email
  3. Share this link with your guests
  4. You’ll receive email notifications as guests confirm their attendance

For Parties Booked Before January 1, 2025

Follow these steps to access and manage your guest list through the party dashboard:

Step 1: Access Your Account

  1. Visit https://ecom.play.roller.app/arlingtonskatium/arlingtonskatium/en-us/login
  2. Sign in to your existing account or click “Create an Account”

   

Step 2: Navigate to Party Information

  1. Look for the “My Tickets” menu item at the top of your screen
  2. Click “My Tickets” to view your party information

   

   

Step 3: Manage Your Guest List

  1. Scroll down to find the “Who’s Coming” section
  2. In this section, you can:
    • Update the name listed on your party
    • Add a custom message for your invitations
    • Preview how your invitation will look

    Note: The default message reads “You’re invited.” For example: “You’re invited to Jayce’s 9th birthday.”

Step 4: Share Your Invitations

  1. Click the “Copy and Share Invitation Link” button
  2. Share this link with your guests via text or email
  3. You’ll receive email notifications as guests RSVP
