How to Cancel Your Membership

We hate to see our members go, but we want to make it straightforward and easy. If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, you can do so by using one of the following options.

Via Online Portal – Cancel Immediately

Cancel instantly by logging into your account here at arlingtonskatium.com/members-portal/ and using the user account you previously set up.

By Phone – Requires 48 Hours Notice

Call us at 817-784-6222 during our office hours (Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM CST) with at least 48 hours’ notice before your next payment date.

Email – Requires 7 Days Notice

Send an email to support@skatium.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Don’t want to write the email? You can also fill out a quick form — it still takes 7 days to process.
