Skate Counter

The Skate Attendant is the first point of contact for guests renting skates at the roller skating rink. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage skate rentals and returns. The attendant ensures guests receive properly fitted, safe, and clean skates, helping create a positive and fun skating experience for all visitors.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests of all ages.
  • Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and remain organized.
  • Ability to lift and carry skates and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing fun, friendly service.

Snack Bar Attendant

The Snack Bar Attendant plays a crucial role in providing a positive guest experience by efficiently preparing and serving snacks, beverages, and concessions at the roller skating rink. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must have food handlers permit

DJ

The DJ at the roller skating rink is responsible for creating an engaging, energetic, and family-friendly atmosphere by providing high-quality music and announcements that enhance the skating experience. This role requires strong knowledge of music genres, excellent crowd-reading skills, and an enthusiastic attitude for entertainment.

Key Qualifications:
  • No prior DJ experience necessary
  • Strong knowledge of a wide range of music genres appropriate for all ages.
  • Excellent public speaking and crowd engagement skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic personality with a passion for creating a fun and safe environment.
